Cookie Policy

Which cookies we use, why and for how long — and how you can manage your choices.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. They let the site remember you between visits, submit forms securely and keep your preferences. In this policy, similar technologies that store or read information in your browser (local storage, pixels) are also referred to as cookies.

Legal basis

Personal data processed through cookies is processed under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and the Electronic Communications Law No. 5809. Necessary cookies rely on KVKK Art. 5/2-c (performance of a contract) and Art. 5/2-f (legitimate interest), as they are needed to provide the service you request. Analytics and marketing cookies are used only with your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5/1).

Cookie categories we use

Necessary cookies: Keep you signed in, protect forms, remember the invitation draft you are building and store your cookie choice. The site cannot work without them; they cannot be switched off and do not require consent.

Analytics cookies: Help us measure anonymously which parts of the site are used. Loaded only if you consent.

Marketing cookies: Used to measure our campaigns and show you more relevant content. Loaded only if you consent.

Your consent and changing your choice

On your first visit you are asked about optional cookies: you can choose "Accept all", "Necessary only" or pick category by category under "Manage preferences". Services in a category you have not consented to are never loaded in your browser — we do not load first and block later.

You can change your decision at any time from the "Cookie preferences" link at the bottom of every page. When you withdraw consent, the providers' cookies are deleted from your browser and those services are not loaded again. Your choice is kept for 12 months; we ask again when this policy changes.

Record of consent

To be able to demonstrate consent, we record your decision: an anonymous visitor ID, the categories you selected, the date and time, the version of the consent text, browser information and an irreversible (salted) hash of your IP address. This record does not identify you directly and is used only to show that consent was given or withdrawn.

Third-party services and international transfer

Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited) may be used for analytics cookies and Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited) for marketing cookies. These services are loaded only when you consent to the relevant category. As their servers may be located abroad, your consent also covers the international transfer of data under KVKK Art. 9. Please see the providers' own privacy policies for their processing terms.

Browser settings

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block necessary cookies, features such as signing in, payment and creating an invitation may not work.

Your rights

Under KVKK Art. 11 you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request correction or deletion and to object to processing. See our Privacy Notice for details and contact us via the Contact page for any request.
